Gochu-jang is a spicy Korean condiment, made from hot red peppers, fermented soybeans, salt, and is fermented. It is also a place for Hiro-chan's out of country family and friends a place to watch Toshi and Sachiko grow.

It's Official
We are having another baby. We are not sure what the sex or name will be. Here is the first ultra-sound.
At one time I spoke Korean moderately well, but I think I forgot it all. I am married to a wonderful person from Japan and have the 2 of the most wonderful kids.
