Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Thank you mom for making the most food, decorating, and doing the majority of the clean up. Thank you dad for the turkey and stuffing. Thank you Jim for your food and helping move stuff. A special thank you to Gretchen for playing with and being responsible for Toshi so Hiroko and I could eat.

Thank you everyone for coming and enjoying family time, especially Hiroko's parents who came all the way from Japan. We hope to do it again next year.

The comments are a combination of Japanese and English exclamations from Toshi. If you don't understand them, don't worry. "Happy Thanksgiving," "oishi" (delicious in Japanese), "ee-da-go" (cousins * note: it should be ee-toe-go.), et cetera.

Well, I donated money to help the November 5th money bomb. Now I am planning to support the Dec 16th movement to help Ron Paul get elected. I have never felt so good about parting with money.

Sachan's First Slideshow

I have opted to work with Microsoft's Photostory3 to create slide shows. Here is my first story. I am getting massive feedback that the music is way too depressing. I was shooting for "nostalgia." Oh well, I am not changing it. These were taken the day Sachan was born.
